Appeal For Contributions Towards construction of Socio-Welfare & Cultural Complex
Sri Lakshmi Nrisimha Sabha (SLNS) is a registered Public Trust and a Spiritual, Cultural and Social Development organization. SLNS is committed to extend its charitable services to the public in religious activities, promoting music, dance and other fine arts, providing medical services, holistic development, preservation and propagation of Vedic studies, education, providing facilities for conducting social functions, marriage, seminars, medical camps and other Socio- Cultural programs.
The Sabha acquired a plot of land of 3000 sq mtrs. of area atop Brahmagiri Hill in Nerul (West) allotted by M/s CIDCO Ltd. in 1991 on lease for creating infra-structure for carrying out its Socio-Cultural, Public Welfare and Religious activities,

Future Visions and Expansions
As a Social responsibility and as envisaged by its founding patrons, the Sabha has taken up construction of Socio – Welfare & Cultural Complex Building (SWCC) in the plot adjacent to the Temple Complex.
The SWCC building consists of a multi-level structure comprising Basement, Ground plus Five floors. The usage plan envisages providing the following in line with our values:-
- conducting auspicious, traditional and social functions like Marriage, Seminars,
Pravachan, etc. - Center for Teaching and imparting training in Dance, Music and other Fine Arts
- Vedic education, Meditation and Yoga hall, Prayer room, Keertan room, etc.
- Kendras like Discourse hall, Library, Reading Room, etc.
- Premises for providing medical facilities, conducting medical camps and
need-based rehabilitation services - Provision of short-term stay facilities for visiting Acharyas
- Dormitories and Housing for Staff of SLNS
The usage plan has been devised in strict adherence to the Sabha’s commitment towards upholding the aesthetic town planning of the metropolis.
The total cost of the Project is estimated to be about Rs. 18 Crores. The salient features of the project facilities and details are listed as under:

Appeal to Public and philanthropic Bodies
Construction of Socio-Welfare & Cultural Complex (SWCC) in the plot adjacent to the temple complex is in progress. The usage plan envisages about 57000 square feet of constructed area in which infra-structure for various public welfare activities, facilities such as marriage hall, pravachan hall etc., are included. The project has progressed to the completion of RCC structure of Basement, Ground + 5 Floors, Overhead tanks and Lift Machine Room.
Internal and external plastering works have been completed. Other finishing works viz. flooring, tiling, electrical fittings, plumbing, sanitation works, fixing of doors and door frames, painting, etc. will be taken up soon. Two units of Passenger Lifts of 10 persons capacity each, 1 unit of Service Lift of 4 persons capacity and 2 units of Car Lifts are proposed to be installed. Systems of Air Conditioning, Fire Fighting, HT/LT transformers and DG sets are also to be installed.
The Sabha requests the public to make the project a grand success by funding and sponsoring towards the project and support the Sabha in its endeavor in making SWCC available to public soon and be the recipient of Lord Sri Balaji’s blessings.
